Activities
In CEC, we have a number of interesting activities by which it's easy and enjoyable to understand the basic concepts of energy. We are always ready to welcome children to try these Activities.

Publications
The Caspian Energy Centre has produced an Educational Pack on Energy for secondary schools. The kit consists of five information posters, five activity posters and a brochure for teachers which helps understand what energy is, how hydrocarbons are formed, what products are made of oil and gas and alternative energy sources. The pack has been reviewed by the Centre of Assistance to Modern Education and Enlightenment and is recommended to be used as supportive material in lessons of geography and natural history. It is distributed from November 1st 2007 among local schools.

"Tortoise and friends" story-book is targeted to the youngest schoolchildren visiting the centre as a present. If you visit the Caspian Energy Centre at the Sangachal Terminal, then you will better understand the origins of the title of this book. The Red listed by International Union for Conservation of Nature spur-thighed tortoise was identified during the construction of the Sangachal terminal. As part of the environmental protection programme those tortoises were collected from the construction site and have been provided with a special enclosure.

The hero of this book is one such tortoise that encounters different situations. The idea of this book is for the children to learn the important lessons and morals from those situations.
